SoFlo Yacht Club is conveniently located at Bayshore Landing, right in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami. The location has easy access to the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean through Biscayne Bay Inlet, offering state-of-the-art marina facilities with amenities second to none.
Only minutes from downtown Miami, Bayshore Landing is within walking distance to the restaurants, shops, and galleries of Coconut Grove. Only 10 minutes from downtown Miami, 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and close to major roadways.

At Sail Caribe, we invite you to experience the legendary beauty and quality sailing of the Spanish Virgin Islands. We offer only newer, fully equipped, and meticulously maintained Lagoon catamarans and Jeanneau yachts for bareboat or crewed charters. Our yachts are better outfitted with navigation and comfort options that are not found on a typical bareboat charter.

TMM provides services to its yacht owners in four areas, Commercial (Marketing, Sales, Reservations), Customer Services (Charter Guest Related), Yacht Brokerage and Technical (Charter Preparation, Repairs, Scheduled Maintenance).TMM keeps the charter boats in its fleet busy and generating income for their owners by a diversified mix of marketing and advertising. TMM remits monthly statements to yacht owners relating to charter activity and running maintenance.
Through our experience we know what yachts and equipment perform well in charter, including up-front cost, revenue generating ability, and cost-effectiveness to maintain.
